4 hari setelah mulai back on track lagi , walau sebenernya makan masih sedikit amburadul , tp udah g sebar - bar kmrn lebaran ... alhamdulillah💪 lanjutin lagi back on tracknya
147.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
