it's only been since Saturday that I have been taking the Garcinia Cambogia I have taken it only 1-2times each day since I got it as well as drinking hydroxycut 1 can per day I am also 2 days without any soda pop so that's a plus I have been eating less and watching what I eat way more. plus been more active. I'm almost to my first mini goal and that makes me happy. 5 more lbs to go and I'm there I will weigh again on Friday morning.
