Setelah menikah makan sembarangan dan berat badan naik. Back on track, i eat nasi jagung almost everytime, sebenarnya sabtu kemarin sudah balik ke berat badan normal tapi karena bapak suami makan di warteg and i see jengkol there so i started to eat carbs all the way down. 🤦🏻♀️ m having trouble with controlling my self lately 😭
