I've skipped Breakfast again and had lunch. drank 3 whole bottle of water and made a blueberry smoothie out of frozen blueberries green tea peppermint extract honey and cinnamon plus I cut back on the pizza rolls today getting ready to start dinner do my exercises. cannot wait for warmer weather so I can go walking. For dinner I am eating an asparagus egg cheese potato omlet.
