As I understood it you will need to intake 3162 cals per day to stay at your current weight with your current exercise. If you want to lose weight you should consume less than 3162 cals or exercise more. I was consuming 1700 - 2000 cals per day for much of my diet when I started at 105 kg and lost weight pretty quickly. Feel free to look at my data -Myself I haven't found logging food too much of a chore.

Well done for the Wright loss. However you can only lose weight by creating a deficit between calorie intake and calories used. Be careful not to over think. Eat balanced diet and slightly less than your body needs. Weight loss is s feeling not a calculation. 🙂
