Today I feel like it might be physically possible for me to get back outside to do some work in my gardens!
No edema, no aches & pains - knock on wood - it's gonna be a good day! 😎
180.5 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
