Gosh sleep is so important! I always have to take something or something’s to help with that, Dramamine, magnesium, cbd gummies Tylenol, melatonin you name it. What has worked for you in the past?

Dazey, sorry you're having a really rough week. ADHD just seems to magnify it too. 💚🤗. I hope it gets better for you, and soon.

Stern, Valerian root supplement super efficient!! Chamomile tea 🍵 1hr before sleep, then valerian roof when tea is done. St John's wort helps with sleep too but triple check that it won't interfere with any meds/supplements that you take. I can't take it anymore with my stimulant.

I tried valerian root capsules but they smelled like literal 💩 😝

I take a Valerian magnesium supplement for muscles and relaxation. It does smell heinous but it works.

Lmao. The liquid was gross, but effective. I switched to capsules by Toniq and I don't smell much!! Lol Surprisd by this unanimous scent. The remaining liquid extract I've saved for my son when he can't fall asleep, 5 drops is effective for him.
