Urgh... 😒
I have terrible headaches and just not enough energy to hit the gym. At least my weight has stayed the same. Going to Mozambique next week so I will only be able to get into gear again on the 9th. It's going to be a few tough days.
220.5 lb Lost so far: 55.1 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
