Welcome to FS! You have set a really big goal; good luck with it.
Since starting FS in mid-September, I have gone from 228 to 207. I’m also doing it because just this year I was diagnosed with Diabetes II. I want to lower my blood sugar by eating right and losing weight -we have some similar problems physically.
