Hi guys, That's me back, ended up going out on my road bike, weather just right although the head wind was a bit strong, good resistance training lol well if for a shower and then I will have some grub. Catch up later bye for now

Thanks guys, it was a great ride, struggled on a few of the hills but I really think I am getting fitter lol it's a bit like a double edged sword lol as l get fitter l ride harder and further so it's cancelling each other out lol I am back into it now so it's all good.
