I weighed in on Sun and was 170 but then today 174 not sure what happened because I hardly ate yesterday.

I really want to be down another 20lbs but I haven't lost in a long time

What to do now that atkins isn't really working? Also I have basically been eating the Atkins induction plan for 18 months anyone know what that does to your health?

174.0 lb Lost so far: 71.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
