~ * Happy Tuesday! * ~
My muscles are very sore and my body is exhausted but my soul is happy that I achieved the momentous task of spreading that dump truck full of wood chips throughout my backyard gardens - ahead of schedule! 🤗 This task was NOT on my Summer gardening adgenda - but the opportunity was one that I couldn't pass up. So today I finish the last bit of details of laying steppig stones and voila! - done! Now on to eradicate 30 years of invasive plants in my front gardens!

We all push ourselves to 'hurry up and lose weight' when the reality is...it took us years to gain the weight that slowly crept up on us. Please, be patient with yourself, it wont happen overnight but through persistence - it will happen!! ~ * we got this! * ~
172.0 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You’re right Nadja. Sometimes we’re too hard on ourselves for setting goals in a short amount of time. Slow & steady wins the race. 😊 Regarding the wood chip pile, your tenacity is inspiring
