DINNER! 509 Calories -fresh bagged coleslaw mix (no dressing of course) fried with bacon grease, red onion, chicken thighs and a smidge of Toum (Lebanese Garlic Sauce) served on a bed of rice. Once I started eating, I found the flavour was lacking that something-something...so I added Sweet Thai Chili Sauce...OMG!! YUM!
