I finally got my period!! My crazy cravings are over! Unfortunately a colleague brought a tart-thingy to work today and it was DISGUSTINGLY sweet. I could not refuse it. And I was stressed and craved savory foods - like the avo & toast I packed for breakfast. Unfortunately I tried to make her feel comfortable at my cost and I feel SO sad about it. I didn't want the thing, it tasted so sweet and revolting. I don't have a sweet-tooth. I will never do that to myself again. I feel so disappointed in myself. I feel dirty.
