I like to do carbs every other day and low carbs the other days. So lots of vegetables excluding potatoes and salads and meat. I only eat dinner though. Seems to be working for now! Also walking 15,000 steps everyday so I’m hitting 2000 calories or so and only eating and drinking about 1500-1600

Jennaelf am doing this weight loss eating plan for two weeks no potatoes or rice six days and on the seventh day one cheat meal fingers crossed xx
