Well at least you enjoyed it.. It would've been a waste if you ate it and it was just meh!! you know.. I did the same myself today. Tried to get a "quick bite" and ate all 1600 of my calories for today plus 56 in just one meal, so I didn't even finish the drink, I poured it out and got some water. Really didn't know until I entered it in, but if you knew better you'd do better, I always say, now I know, you know..lol..

Yup and lesson learned for next time i will google the menu and nutritional info to make a healthier better choice. I cut everything in 1/2 also. Had half for lunch and 1/2 for dinner. Guess i should have just thrown the other half away but the portion size wasn’t very big. Uggggg.

Mojo, right? I haven’t weighed yet as im up too early (i usually weigh at 8:30) but i did drink a ton of water so fingers crossed…Ive been really careful but i dont want to NOT go out to eat occasionally i just need to be more conscious. If it’s a really nice restaurant with really nice food the food is probably not going to be really nice calorically🤣. Italia you’ve got this. Just take it day to day. Just take it in 10 pound increments. You’ve done it before you can do it again!

Mojo thank you. Surprisingly i lost nearly a pound which is very odd to me. All that worry last night. But still a lesson for me.
