End of week-long CMCA and HF Radio Club gatherings today so farewell to morning teas and happy hours etc. which have nobbled me. Okay, wine is my downfall so I will intersperse this coming week with (gulp) four dry days. I can do this.
186.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Oh dear, still in social gathering mode, finally recorded total calorie intake for yesterday - which totally explains the extreme weight gain. Alcohol/happy hour free today, sigh.

Calories are not all equal. Forget counting them, count the SOURCE of them, that is all that matters.
