Cold weather and I hurt my lower back and right leg at the gym a couple of weeks ago so I am pleased I managed to remain at this weight rather than give in to pizza etc. because it saves standing upright and cooking. Funny how small victories spur us on! I adjusted my macros last night so this week will be interesting.
Go for it, everyone! Enjoy the week, the fact that you can move any part of you at all and that your brain still works.
