this is probably not a true reflection as I usually weigh in first thing in the morning. and this is after lunch. however I feel the need to get back on track as I've still not ended the Christmas indulgence.

The goal for the next few months is to get below the 190 mark.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
