Air-dried potatoes 200g, carrot & swede mash 100g, Salmon 125g, cabbage 79g, cauliflower 58g, broccoli 43g, peas 70g, brussels 97g & parsley sauce 100ml ( not shown in pic) 743 calories 29 grams of fat, 93 carbs & 45 protein. All within my 1800 daily calorie limit
