Since turning 50 nine years ago my weight slowly went up.Prior to that I didn't really have to try as I seemed to burn off any excess.So I'm trying to loose it now.Its not easy.....!!!
I used to have the motivation to get out and go for a run or go to the gym. I really must start doing this again.
I'm finding Fatsecret really good. The folk on here always seem to encourage others which is great.
Also, I love to see snaps of meals which everyone has prepared. It really does give me inspiration to try some of them.
