Ooh, try that blue cheese and strawberries on a bed of fresh spinach leaves, with a few red onions and strawberry vinaigrette and raw, chopped hazel nuts or walnuts sprinkled over the top. So good! My favorite salad ever. Your plate is beautiful, looks like 4th of July!
