That is natural. When we work out we make muscles work harder. They need oxygen and water to repair and build. This causes an increase. I always go up the day after good workouts too. 🤗

Workouts build muscle, which weighs more over the long haul, but expends more energy to maintain, even at rest, so no need to feel frustrated. that is a good thing as fat turns to muscle.

Take measurements. Worry less about the numbers on the scale. I bet you will see that despite the weight gain you are still losing inches

I agree with Catwic, take your measurements, sometimes workouts put muscle on bu your measurement might show less inches.
