Feeling somewhat energized today. Exercise yesterday felt really good! Feeling energized about this week and about the possibility of doing the fatsmack, I may just do the first nine days to see if I can get the weight to move on the scale. It is a different type of diet that I have never done, so maybe that is what my body needs to zap it.
Oh! And as part of a challenge I need to pick two things out about myself that I love. Well, I guess I love my hair when I actually do it because it feels nice'n soft and looks a lot better! And I love my personality. I feel I am pretty pleasent to be around most of the time and I am happy to be somewhat childlike.
