sebelum squat coba aktivasi glute nya jg.. gerakannya yg variasi side kick, bridge, dll.. jangan lupa otot glute nya dikasih kencang (fokus mind-body connection)

@ndutzz88 hmm mungkin salah posisi squatnya kak, soalnya harus ga ngilu di lutut.. coba cek video tutorial squatnya brodibalo di youtube (videonya pas awal2 dia ngevlog), arah lutut keluar bukan ke dalam jadi bebannya bukan di tumpu di lutut..
