I am actually on day 8 of phase one of the south beach diet. I like it but it is intense especially when before I was just kind of eating whatever I wanted. I am being very disciplined!
217.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
