I woke up hungry this morning, really hungry, which is unusual for me. And I thought, I've been doing this for almost four months, and I haven't really taken one day off. Today, I'm going to eat as much as I want to, pizza, breakfast sausages, a whole bunch of baby back ribs, potato salad, boudain, lots of ice cream, and on and on. So, I started the day with a big serving of yesterday's shrimp, then for lunch, a big bowl of soup, over 500 calories and 10 ounces of pomegranate popsicles. By then, my urge to splurge had faded but I didn't have many calories left for dinner. So I dug into my freezer, found some rotisserie chicken breast and made a big salad. And I made it through the day, finishing within my RDI! Here's hoping tomorrow is an easier day for me, and for all of you. Bonne nuit, mes amis. 💖
