Got to walk twice today. Once by myself cuz I wanted to check out a walking/hiking trail near the elementary school in my town. Then we went to my niece's birthday party. I ate bad but still managed to keep what I did eat to about 600 cal. When we got back home my daughter wanted to go on a walk so we did. It was a nice little jaunt down by the lake. We saw a mommy swan and her babies. It was cool for my daughter to see. BTW she is 8 years old and is gonna go to the third grade in the fall. I am very proud of her. She is a good girl and does good in school. What a blessing. I saw my mother in law today and she said that I am looking like I lost weight. What a great thing to hear. I haven't seen her since the end of April when she was helping my paint the bedroom.
