I remain grateful for all the things in my life both positive and negative.
Little upset with myself for not sticking to my plan, and gaining those 2lbs back.. now like others I question if I will reach my goal. Life is a bit upside down at the moment, and dealing with personal issues certainly is not helping.. However I will remain strong, and keep the faith that things will work themselves out.. Besides I refuse to give up on others that I care about so I am not allowing myself to give up on me either.
It's a wet and miserable tuesday... which is perfect when you have to work... :D

Hey Pam2 if you get back on track the 2 pounds will generally just drop right back off - so no panic and definitely not a reason to give up!! Life does get in the way of this, but it is learning (which I still am) not to abuse ourselves when we lose control of other things around us - like stressing about stuff, over eating or smoking does not make the situation get any better.....stands to reason why we do it????

Don't look at those 2, they are small...look at the big picture. So....I got one for ya!! ... Saying "Oh, I've already ruined my good eating today. I'll just eat crap" is like saying "Oh, I dropped my phone on the floor. I'll just smash it till it breaks."
