Hiya! Well I’ve been doing so badly lately. Up and down. But I’m on the right track now and determined. Lost a little bit, it’s so hard isn’t it! How you going?

I went from 82kg to 93.4kg 🙈🙈 so I need to get it back off. Looks like I’ve lost nothing but I was 93.4kg two weeks ago so I’ve lost 3kg. Yay. Haha

Mines gone up a little bit not been doing the walking since weather started to change was walking for 2-3 hours a day have arthritis in all joints so don’t do gym lost about 17 kg so far do what I can until March

Wow that’s amazing! Good for you. I lost 16kg originally but unfortunately had to have a course of steroids so I put 9kg back on. Time to come back off.
