I'm looking for a buddy
Hi Biyanna from Virginia. I just joined my fat secret. I actually like to excersize, but have more trouble following diet. But I have found that if I don't excersize I can't lose. Walking is the easiest, but not always the most fun. I have just found a neighbor to walk with. But to day I walked alone. first 15 minutes fine, then I just wanted to go home to bed. But I pushed on, to finish the 15 minutes, then I did go home and go to bed. How does one become buddies on this site? Kris (xiaoweimom) Cool
