Recently I have made the decision of going back into a vegan lifestyle.I was a vegetarian for most of my teenage years and for some reason one day 5 years ago meat once again became part of my eating habits. With this however I have slowly been gaining weight, having problems with digestion, and I am overall unhealthy. I decided recently that enough is enough.I sat down trying to see where I had gone wrong. I decided that I felt the best when meat was not part of my diet and with this I also decided to go all out and eliminate milk,eggs,butter, etc... For me personally this is the best decision I think I will have made in a long time. Good bye burgers made with greasy processed fat!!!
