Wow - the weight was down this a.m. hope it looks that good tomorrow (weigh in day). My daughter and I had some "crackers" made from Joseph's flax, oat bran and wheat flat bread. 1/2 of the flat bread mades 18 small crackers, toasted them in oven at 400 degrees for 4 mins. Had them with 1/2 avacado mashed with salt, pepper and tomato (chopped). It was so good! I posted it to some of the Low Carb FB groups and got jumped on right away over the wheat. The flat bread only has 4 net carbs. My carbs for the day are right on. If the site was gluten free I would get it, but oh well. I am trying to find my own way and refuse to be dictated to by anyone else. I think each person has to find their own path....what works for you may not work for me...let's just respect that. I have a cold again, got wet and cold a couple days ago. Very frustrating, this is my second cold this summer. Macros were 80% Fat, 9% carbs, 11% protein...So altho I stayed true to the woe I did not get my steps in. FS warriors, I hope you all had a wonderful day!

Well FS warriors, as you know, I have been missing in action. I cannot be successful at this if I do not log what I eat and watch my ratios! Had phone problems, computer problems and traveling, all combined for craziness and failure. I spent the morning reviewing what I was doing when I was being successful. I need to keep my calories about 1500 and my ratios in check. My fat needs to be about 75%, carbs 5-7% and protein less than about 17%. Today was a hungry day and I went over on calories and carbs. Both protein and net carbs were 10%. Am also challenging myself to 275,000 steps over the next 31 days that means an average of 8871 per day. Went over yesterday and am a little under today, netting being under by 293 for the two days. Hope you have all been keeping on but if not, pick yourselves up and brush yourselves off and lets keep on trucking!
