Great results this week even tho I have been under the weather for a couple of days. Watching those macros pays off! Headed for one-derland.

carb 10%; Fat 72%; protein 18% - per my keto-calculation my carbs should be 7%, protein 22% and fat 71%. Pretty close. Am very tired tonight and think that I want something else to eat....what the heck is that all about?
Oh yeah my blood sugar tested out as 119 this a.m. that is on 25 carbs per day or less. That sucks. It looks like no matter what I do my body is going to betray me! That just puts me in the prediabetic arena but it sure doesn't look good for the future. Bummer but I am going to stay the course.

Wt was down this a.m. so must be doing some things right. Have great great nephew's first bday today. WOW Great great....really? Crazy. I don't feel old enough for a great great!
Macros 74% fat, 6% carbs and 20% protein. Dinner was stuffed zucchini and salad, yummy. Need to include mozzarella in the stuffing next time. Love trying these recipes and then fiquring out how to tweak them to make them better.

Was away from my computer all day yesterday so when I entered Friday food I was on Saturday. Lazy me, I just recorded Saturday on Friday rather than move it all. Tried to make ice cream from coconut milk, coconut oil and atkins shake tonight. Didn't work. Bummer. Couple of very full days so calling it an early night. Oh Yeah steps today: 7660 yesterday 8189. Good night and power on.
