Hello! I am 34 years old, happily married, with three kiddos; 2 boys(7 and 9) and 1 girl(4 months, and the joy of my life!). I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and I go to the gym as much as my husband will let me. I've joined this website to help me keep track of my eating habits and weight watcher points. My goal is to lose this baby weight and get back to my former self before I had kids. My co-worker is on weight watchers and has been helping me count my points everyday. Thanks to this website, I can keep up with it on my own. So far, I think its great. Let's see if I can keep going!

Yes, every week you get an extra 35 points to use anytime. You can split them up or go out one night for a really nice dinner!

I hate it when that happens!!! The best thing to do before you go out to eat is to plan your meal. Know what you're going to order before you get there. Check for nutritional facts at popular restaurants on-line. If you can't find them, then stick to a grilled chicken salad with light italian or fat free ranch dressing. Skip the croutons and the bread if you can resist. You can only use your activity points on the same day. They're not like roll over minutes!! lol. Don't forget that you have your extra 35 points a week to use whenever, so 24 points is okay. Hope this helps.
