I am a 30 year old single mom of an awesome 8 year old named Jacob. I am in my final semester of the nursing program at MATC-Madison and will be graduating this december. When I started dating Mark, slowly over the last 2 years, the weight has crept up on me. Going out to dinner once or twice (sometimes even more than that!) doesn't help. Mark is one of those guys that can eat whatever he wants and it just doesnt seem to effect him the way it does me. He is also into triathalon's, so he works out on the bike and treadmill almost daily. I have been very self conscious around him because he is in such good shape, which I am sure bothers him quite a bit. I also notice that when we have to go somewhere, I get pretty crabby because I can't ever decide on what to wear because I "feel fat" in all my clothes. I hope that this website will give me the motivation I need to stick to a diet and exercise program so I can finally be happy living in the body I was given!!!
