Think of vegetables as freebies! If your hungry in between meals grab some veggies like celery sticks, carrots, raw bell peppers, etc. to munch on. I agree right now it should be all about eating healthy and clean. The calorie thing will follow. Looking at you diet calendar I think just adding this habit will produce results! Finding what works for "you" will actually be fun so enjoy the process!

I'll try to make it simple for ya! Eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hours the meals below. Drink at least 3 liters of water per day, continue exercising NOT in that suit.....everyone gave really good advice!

Meal 1- 1/3 c oatmeal, 2 eggs, 1/2 c strawberries, 1 oz. Walnuts
Meal 2 - a protien bar of your choice that has 200 calories or less (OR) a Greek yogurt
Meal 3 - 4 oz. Chicken breast, 1/2 c brown rice, 1c broccoli
Meal 4 - 1 apple, 1 Tbsp of almond or peanut butter, 1 scoop protein shake
Meal 5 - Big salad salad made with spinach, 6 grape tomatoes, onion bits, raddish bits and 5 cucumber slices toped with 1 Tbsp olive oil and 1-2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, 4 oz white fish or turkey breast tenderloin (lean beef once per week)
Meal 6- 1/3 c low fat cottage cheese topped with 1/4 c blueberies

Try this for a week! I'll bet you feel better and lose weight Wink If you like this plan, going forward use diffrrent HEALTHY protien, carbs and fats in place of my suggestions.

Love this diet
North - yeah kinda sorta. Carbs and fats decrease and protien increases towards the end of the prep. I am trying to figure out why I have plateaued. I think it may be my workout program so gonna try tweaking that first. If no changes I am considering a different diet. I'm an insulin dependent diabetic so not much of an issue when insulin is a concern since I control that manually. Thanks!

Love this diet
This diet look a lot like a body building diet! Just curious but has anyone used Quest bars in this type of diet. That majority of the carbs come from nuts....yay! I love these things....and BTW the Cookies & Cream are the best Smile

Breakfast - ideas
My all time favorite:
4 egg whites
1/2 c berries
1/3 c oatmeal
1 Tbsp of flaxseed oil or Chia seed or 1 oz. Walnuts.

Cook the oatmeal then add in the egg whites til done, pour in a bowl and top with the rest!
