Is it absolutley necessary to eat 20G of net carbs a day?
I am finishing up day three on Atkins, again. It is the only method that both works for me, and that makes me feel great! It's just that when the holidays or a special occasion pops up and I have sugar/cake/alcohol or some other carb-fest, it's impossible for me to find the willpower to go back to Atkins. But now I'm back and I pray this time its for good. Good luck everyone!
