Started my 5 week coarse called "craving change" found it really interesting. Hoping to make a change in my life. Get to the bottom of why I eat like I do. Had a busy day today and feeling tired now. Dinner was late tonight but got it done. Planning to do a lot of work tomorrow just around my house. I want to get a good nights sleep so I'm in good shape to get everything done.
I'm going to try really hard to eat healthy as well.

Not feeling good about myself at all. Eating is out of control and can't find what it takes to get back on track. A friend of mine did tell me about a workshop called "Embrace your life". Now that's not happening until April 27 but I'm going to it. Maybe just maybe it will get me back to where I need to be. April is a going to be a very busy month for me. Lots of doctor appts., spring cleaning ( which I would like to get done before my knee surgery ) and best of all my birthday. :)
We are having our Easter dinner on Friday due to our families work schedule so I'm trying to get things prepared for that. I'm not having to my candies here at all. I just hope the kids aren't disappointed.
Now to start my day. I'll try to make it a healthy one.

Tears! Up again! :( I felt I was doing so well and THEN I got the news about my knee surgery. Eating out of control. Thinking about what I have to go through is playing on my mind. Not sure why I'm so worried but it. It will make me better at the end. Not happy with myself at all.

Bad day, just couldn't stop eating. It's like my body wanted something but I wasn't giving it what it wanted. So I ate from all the different food groups even the bad ones. I should be heading to bed now but I'm not at all tired. I figure why go if I'm just going to toss and turn until I fall asleep. That would be some sort of exercise thou. LOL
Hoping for a better day tomorrow. Have a good night everyone.

Not eating to bad the last couple of days. I'm not recording what I eat, just don't feel like it. Thursday already, looking forward towards the weekend.
I feel I'm in control of my body again. I got word yesterday that my operation is happening in May so to loose a few pounds before then would be a good thing.
