Current Weight:(21 Nov 09) 161.8 lb
Goal Weight:150.0 lb
following: Weight Watchers
performance: losing 2.0 lb a week

I am struggling with Fibromyalgia, and menopause. I gained 13 pounds after having a hysterectomy. And because of the Fibromyalgia I am unable to do more than walking, or swimming. I try to walk on my treadmill for 30 minutes a day or walk for 30 minutes. I just can't seem to budge in my weight. I have been following the weight watchers diet 100% and still can't budge. I would really love to get to my goal weight of 150.

Hi my children bought me a wii for my birthday, was diagnosed with hypothyroid in january and gained 2 stone in weight.I also have a bad back so i find it a lot easier than going to a gym and more fun Laughing as i can do as much excercise as i like at my own pace Smile. I find it very hard to lose the weight just with diet alone but will percevere .Does anyone else have this problem.

I have a bad back and Fibromyagia. So exercise has always been difficult for me. But we bought the Wii, and Wii Fit and I find myself able to do the aerobics, balance, some of the yoga, even some of the strength training. I cannot run but I can walk. I also bought a pedometer and try to walk 10,000 steps as recommended by Jenny Craig. Valerie Bertenelli says that 10000 steps equal 4 miles for her, well 6700 steps equals over 6 miles for me. I am also on weight watchers and it has gone very slow for me. I estimate about 2 pounds a month.
