I started WW and FS in May 09 and so far I've lost nearly 45 pounds. I am at my lowest weight since college and I am feeling great! In June I started running with the Couch to 5k run/walk program from coolrunning.com and, unbelievably, I'm now training for a 1/2 marathon early next year.
I am focusing on maintaining the progress I've made and inching forward with the healthy eating and exercise habits.
Mini goals:
5% loss (11 lbs): June 17, 2009
10% loss (22 lbs): July 22, 2009
15% loss (33 lbs): September 16, 2009
20% loss (44 lbs):
