I am 40 something and trying to lose weight yet again. I have done so in the past. Now I am at a desk job (Information Technology Adminsitrator)and the weight slowly came back...every single pound and then some. I live on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. I am married and have 4 Children (2 biological + 1 Foster + 1 Step - none at home now). I love my 2 Chihuahua's - Paz and Amigo. I am on Weight Watchers with the Plus Points system. I want to make this weight loss happen and change my habits to a more healthy approach to life!
