HELP ME, PLEASE!
Thank you guys so very much for replying to me, you have all really brightened my day! You are right that I need to eat more protein and I will most definitely look into that. I have Crohn's disease and often use it as an excuse not to eat well. I tend to stick to plain, carby foods that are easy on my gut. Today you have all inspired me to take control of my eating. Thanks again. Please keep the tips coming I really, really need support. xo.

HELP ME, PLEASE!
Oh my goodness but my food demons are calling on me again. I want something sweet and just know that it will result in a binge. Why am I so greedy? I just feel so out of control....

Hi there, I've just had a jam doughnut there now and before that lots and lots of crisps, traybakes and buns. I'm so disgusted with myself. I had been being so good. I hadn't binged for three whole weeks.

What % of my my RDI would I need to be consuming daily in order to loose 2+lbs a week?
Thank-you so much Peefat! Your words a great comfort. I weighed in this morning and have lost 2 lb since last Saturday (a week ago). So I'm thinking positively and crediting this to that fact that I have been eating approximately 1600 (my sedentary RDI) all week. Thanks again Peefat, I love your advice.
