I have struggled with my weight my entire life. I dropped a lot weight just before entering high school, gained some after my first child, but lost that by walking everywhere. I was lucky to live in the city at the time so I was able to walk to anyplace I wanted to go. After getting married, my husband was in the military so we lived in really remote places, I had no where to walk to anymore :(. After my two boys I was close to 200 and my ex was harping on me to get back down to the 130 I was when we married. He and I divorced for reasons other than my weight, and I moved back home with my parents. I lost about 30 pounds, then was struck with a heart attack. Since then I have had 2 more attacks and have ballooned up to 250!! My new husband and I watch Celebrity Fit Club all the time and it has inspired me to try this diet to at least get back under 200.
