I am 24 years old and live in Canada.
I was one of those annoying people who could eat anything I want and still manage to be a bit underweight until about two years ago. I used to hover around 100 pounds most of the time.
About two years ago, I started gaining weight and before I knew it I had gained 60 pounds! It didn't help that I didn't have a clue how to combat weight gain, having never experienced it until of course I did.
For a while, I didn't weigh myself because I was nervous about what I would see until a recent doctor's appointment weigh in made me realize I really need to start getting my weight under control.
So I'm here to learn better eating habits, get some control back over my body, and hopefully feel better and healthier in the process.
