I was so hungry today - I have no idea what my problem was. Even now, I want another cup of cereal so bad. I'm hoping I can quickly finish this report and shut my eyes. Calories added up really quick today.
830 - half cup rice chex
930 - spinning and 7:30 min mile run
1100 - homemade oatmeal with apple
1200 - banana
300 - peanut butter and banana sandwich with apple sauce
500 - cup rice chex
700 - soup and cut up banana and strawberries
830 - homemade popcorn
930 - cup cinnamon life and pudding
Total 1744 calories (I feel like I can't get near 1300)

Ate too much today, no excuses.
900 - Rice Chex Cereal
930 - Body Combat
1100 - Nature Valley Bar and Banana
300 - Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich and an applesauce cup
500 - grapefruit
800 - soup and cut up banana and strawberries
930 - 1 butter cookies and 2 chocolate chip cookies
1130 - 2 butter cookies and a pudding cup
Total: 2,064 calories (ouch)
I was thinking about going downstairs to get the cereal but I stopped myself knowing I would feel guilty when I recorded it on here (and probably self-sabotage this whole plan if I didn't).

This is the greatest idea I've had yet... every time I think about eating something, I also think about posting it on here (which is a bit more embarrassing). So as a result, I'm headed to get ready for bed with this as my daily ingestion:
730 - spinning class
930 - homemade oatmeal with an apple
1230 - peanut butter and banana sandwich
500 - salad with cucumbers and apples
900 - homemade pizza (2 pieces)
930 - break and bake cookies (4)
1130 - 10 mini pretzels
This totals to 1,816 calories and no binge.
It takes 21 days to make something a habit, and although I had sweets, I'm glad it was in a limited portion (as opposed to the entire roll of cookie dough).

So last night I had a binge - which had me looking at the other journal entries I log on 'My Fitness Pal'. I think I may be on the path to having a BED. So in light, I'm going to start logging everything I've had to eat right before bed on this journal. I think having everyone reading it may help hold myself accountable and give some insight as to what my diet looks like.
So today (although it's not over and I know I have potential to stray again tonight):
8:30 - BodyCombat and 3 mile run
11 - Waffle, lite syrup, banana and 5 strawberries
12 - Grapefruit
1 - banana and 5 strawberries
(I'll be at work for the rest of the night and have planned this:)
4 - peanut butter and banana sandwich and an applesauce cup (no sugar added)
6:30 - mango
9 - cup of honey nut chex
This adds to 1,337 calories.
