I need to make weight loss about myself - not about impressing others, or keeping up with my friends, or a reason to fix myself for someone else's benefit. I want to see myself as a product of my own work, for my own enjoyment. I'm sure this is why I haven't been able to stay at a weight I'm comfortable with - because it's never been for me. Emotional eating and late night eating cure loneliness that I don't need to feel. Instead, I'd like to look at these 'fitspo' pictures and not wish I was here but see how I can better myself for my own comfort. I want to be comfortable with myself and confident for myself.
And with that being said, I had a rough night. Which clearly led to some insightful ideas:

730 - Spinning
930 - Homemade Apple Oatmeal
130 - Granola Bar
430 - PB Banana Sandwich and a Peach
700 - Veggie Stir Fry
900 - Dove Chocolate
1130 - Dole Chocolate Banana and Kashi Granola Bar
1200 - Homemade Popcorn
1230 - Dole Chocolate Banana

Total: 1889
