I am 31 years old and fatter than ever. I have struggled with my weight since I can remember, however over the last few months I have been loosing the battle. I gained 10lbs without even realizing it... I am committed and can't stay this weight. I am going to win again, and get healthier. I want to ski like crazy and start running again! I remember how much I liked it when I wasn't packing this extra weignt. Now it just kills my knees. I love to travel and wear great cloths! This is hard to do when you are fat. I am so pleased I found this site! Thanks to the TODAY show!
-silly right! I did atkins in the past when I wanted to drop a few pounds and it worked well without much suffering! Can't wait!!

skipping meals...
I have been grabing one of those low carb shakes in the morning. I can drink it on the way to work. Not the best tasting but they fill you up! It may help?! PS They have to be very cold or they taste worse.Laughing

Another Fun Topic...when you reach your dream weight, what do you look forward to WEARING the most?
I just can't wait to fit into the cloths I already have again! I hate looking in my closet and realizing that most of what I see won't fit! Getting fat really takes a lot away from you, your cloths, and your esteem being the primary! I am commited to getting all of that back! Very Happy
