I've been over weight my entire life with the exception of three years in highschool. Feb 2009 is when I decided to make a change. I lost 28 pounds in six months and then got complacent. I was able to maintain my weight but never got down to my goal. So now I'm back to complete my mission.

If you cheated like that and still lost 21 lbs. Good for you. I cheat and i gain .4 lbs. ugh!!!! I still have craving for food and I'm 8 days in.

how have you cheated? loosing 20 seems very good. I have a problem with binging as well. It is hard when everyone goes out to eat for lunch, or I eat dinner with my boyfriend's family and all I have is a salad with bits of chicken.
