My biggest problem is making myself go to the gym or doing any kind of exercise. I need motivation and maybe by joining this group I will find what I have been lacking.

I have tried Weight Watchers and Medifast. WW worked for a while but then I gradually put the weight back on while on the program, I know it was probably because I had a hard time getting to the gym. Medifast worked for a bit too, but it is too expensive and there was no taste. I am a big girl because I like food and the way it tastes.

I work on a help desk so I am sitting down the majority of the day. In my down time I watch a lot of Sci-fi TV and play RPG video games.
